I had ordered this teddy bear as a birthday present and when it hadn’t shipped I called the customer support. the boys I spoke to were so mean that they made me cry afterwards lol. I just wanted to cancel the order, because they told me it would ship a month later than it said on the website. they seemed so annoyed and abruptly hung up multiple times and then wouldn’t answer after I attempted to call back /:
