This BMW motorcycle side stand foot is designed for the BMW K1600 series. This side stand foot increases the area of the pad to 3" x 3" or 2.987" x 3.732" to help prevent tip overs. Made of 6061 aluminum and steel. Black powder coat plate. Screws are stainless steel. Easy installation, simple bolt-on. No drilling or modifications required.

Note: BMW uses two different sidestands so please measure yours and compare to those in the picture, then choose the correct foot for your sidestand.

No support documentation included

The stand support is well made and fits the bike’s stand precisely. It does not interfere with the stand’s range of motion in any way. Installation is straightforward; however, it doesn’t come with any support documentation to describe bolt torque, whether thread lock is needed, etc. Just a minor complaint.

Sidestand Foot

The Ilium Works is high quality and installs in minutes. The larger sidestand footprint gives my additional peace of mind when I park on soft surfaces or even fresh asphalt.
