This handlebar riser for your BMW R1200R not only moves the handlebars to a higher, more comfortable position but also moves them 20mm toward the rider.
These features make our offset handlebar riser just the thing needed by BMW R1200R riders, who have tended to feel that the handlebars on it are a bit too far forward and should be moved in closer for easier reach.
Offsetting the handlebars inward results in a pleasant, upright and more relaxed riding position. You'll notice a definite decrease in stress on your wrists and shoulders.
These advantages are particularly important for women of shorter stature since the standard ergonomic design provides a position actually more suitable for sport riders.
The riser is installed between the handlebars and the upper fork brace. The longer screws required are included in the kit.
