Very nice for "urban" summer riding. While not particularly "cool" they "blend in" with the crowds reasonably well. I have all of the extra protection pads and enjoy these for commuting purposes as well as local summer riding. When it is really hot they do feel "heavy" when walking around. I have no regrets on buying these.
