With the new risers from Hornig, which I preferred in terms of design to some other possibilities, I have noticed both less rider fatigue and much improved handling ability when standing while riding off-road. Received the charger and it works great. Thank you. Customer Service was great in responding my queries. I understand that supply chain issues caused the considerable delay in sending the unit; however you must have known that you did not have stock prior to making the sale. Why was this not indicated on your website? Seems to be negligence on your part, if not outright misrepresentation. Are your customers expected to ask stock status every time a purchase is made? This negligence could be improved.
